About the Campus

Apeejay Institute of Management, Jalandhar was established in 1997 under the aegis of Apeejay Education Society founded by our Late President Dr. Stya Paul. It was granted the status of a Technical Campus in 2012 by All India Council of Technical Education. Apeejay Institute of Management Technical Campus has a very clear perspective of becoming academically responsive to the requirements of the Indian industry and commercial establishments. It has set for itself the goals of flair for innovation and capacity for adapting to the changing corporate scenario. The Institute draws its strength from a highly qualified and experienced faculty. The Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Govt. of Punjab, and is affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Apart from the prestigious PhD in Management, the institute offers postgraduate courses MBA & MCA,under its 3 Schools.

The Institute also offers graduate courses – B.com (professional), BBA & BCA of 3 years duration each. The institute is spread over a sprawling campus of about 2.5 acres on the Rama Mandi, Hoshiarpur Road consisting of a three-storied main building, modern four-storied hostel accommodation, Director’s residence and a guest house. The campus has modern lecture theatres, air-conditioned conference hall with latest PA system, state-of-the-art computer labs with 544 computers along with latest software and round-the-clock internet. The campus provides blanket wireless service (Wi-Fi) in the Institute and hostels with internet speed of 15 Mbps with contention ratio1:1. The air-conditioned, fully automated library boasts of 22589 books, 70 national and international journals/magazines and 18 newspapers, and Internet access. DELNET database for resource sharing purpose has also been provided in the library. The staff and students can also access E-journals using IEEE and EBSCO databases. The Institute has one of the best placement records in this region.
